PLEASE READ: 

• The Registration Fee is $25 and benefits HAA Photographers Salon programs. No refund of the $25 fee if artist cancels less than 48 hours before date of the event, your $25 registration fee will be donated to benefit HAA Photographers Salon programs.

• The Yearly Contributor Photography Exhibition is open to photographers ages 18 and older. Those under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian's permission to register and participate.

• Artwork must be appropriate for general audiences. 

• No third parties - participants must be showing/selling their own original work - AI generated work is prohibited.

 

• Artwork must not be larger than 24” on the longest side, framed or other medium (metal and acrylic prints, etc.). Matted prints must be framed.

 

• Artwork must be ready to hang on walls. Wires and hooks will not be provided.

 

• Artist must provide their Name, Title of Artwork, Medium (paper, metal, etc.), Dimensions, Phone Number, Email and Price (if for sale) when requested. 

 

• Neither Highland Arts Alliance, HAA Photographers Salon nor Highland Falls Library are responsible for any damage incurred to artwork during transportation, storage and exhibition display.

 

• Neither Highlands Arts Alliance, HAA Photographers Salon nor Highland Falls Library will take any sales fees or commissions, nor will they handle transactions. Artists are responsible for handling all of their own transactions.

• 
Neither Highlands Arts Alliance, HAA Photographers Salon nor the Highland Falls Library will be responsible for any participant's artwork or other items not picked up by required pick-up dates.

 

• Artist approval is dependent upon completion of the registration form below, providing samples of your artwork that fits the event theme, and receipt of the $25 registration fee. Highlands Arts Alliance Photographers Salon has the right to reject any artist(s) if registration does not comply with the terms set forth above or for any lawful reason.

• Number of photographs approved for display will be communicated to artists that have been approved after December 15th. Each applicant may display less than maximum pieces allowed.

 

By submitting your registration you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the above terms.
