In this workshop Christine Ashburn will demonstrate the different ways to light an outdoor portrait using just natural light and also how to blend natural light with an off camera flash. Bring your own camera and flash if you have one.
Christine Ashburn is a prolific Hudson Valley people photographer. Her portraits have appeared in the pages and on the cover of Chronogram and Edible Hudson Valley magazine and have been featured in multiple books. She was also a Range-Finder Magazine Thirty Rising Stars of Wedding Photography nominee in both 2021 and 2022. Christine Ashburn is best known for her natural, light driven portraits.

Directions: RT 9D to Manitou Station Rd. Do not cross RR track, park on left side, commuter section, before RR Trx. Make sure to pull off road to allow ingress/egress of traffic. We will meet at the entrance to Mystery Point Rd by 5:20 p.m.
